Experienced partner-level hire to lead and grow a cross-practice corporate and disputes platform from the firm's Raleigh office. The role will focus on M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactions, while also handling or overseeing IP litigation and technology transactions.

The partner will join a national practice platform, working closely with colleagues across U.S. offices on matters for clients in technology, life sciences, financial services and other industries. A portable practice is welcome; the role includes business development and team leadership responsibilities.

Established track record at partner level in M&A, capital markets or related corporate work, with experience supporting technology, life sciences or financial services clients.
Substantive experience with IP litigation or technology transactions advantageous.
Proven business development and client relationship skills; portable practice welcomed.
Ability to lead teams, collaborate across offices and mentor junior lawyers; active U.S. bar membership.
