Top-tier corporate group in Palo Alto is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow transactional work across M&A and corporate governance. The role will focus on originating and executing complex corporate transactions and advising clients on governance and related commercial matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team and be expected to bring significant partner-level experience and business development capability. This is a partner-track lateral role where a portable practice or demonstrable client origination history will be an asset.

Proven partner-level experience handling M&A and transactional matters.
Track record of client development and ability to expand a portable practice.
Experience leading deal teams and managing complex corporate transactions.
Strong drafting, negotiation and client communication skills.
Admission to practice where required and ability to work in the Palo Alto market.
