Lateral Partner — Corporate (M&A & Private Equity)

Senior corporate partner opportunity with a global full-service firm seeking an experienced M&A/Private Equity practitioner. The role focuses on leading complex buy‑ and sell‑side transactions as well as capital markets and venture matters across the firm's US corporate platform.

The team advises sponsors, corporates and growth companies on domestic and cross‑border transactions. The role offers a chance to build and lead a team, originate mandates and collaborate with specialists across finance, tax and regulatory practices.

• Established partner with a significant M&A/private equity practice at the partner level.
• Proven track record of originating and closing complex deals, including experience with equity and debt capital markets preferred.
• Portable book of business or demonstrable origination pipeline.
• Strong client management, business development and team leadership skills.
