Senior corporate partner opportunity to join an established corporate/M&A team focused on middle-market transactional work. The role will involve leading acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and related corporate matters for a mix of strategic and private equity clients.

We are seeking a partner who will help grow the practice through active deal leadership and business development. The position offers a platform with experienced deal teams and cross-practice support to execute complex transactions.

Partner-level experience leading M&A and corporate transactions
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; portable book of business歓迎
Strong technical skills in deal documentation and negotiation
Active bar admission and JD (or equivalent); excellent business development and team leadership skills
