Leading global law firm is seeking a senior corporate partner to join its New York team. The role will focus on M&A and capital markets work, with significant opportunity to lead transactions for technology, life sciences and financial‑services clients.

We are looking for a partner who can grow and collaborate across corporate, technology transactions and IP-litigation interfaces, helping to expand an already busy practice. The office is a high-growth priority and the role offers a chance to build or bring a portable practice into an established platform.

Proven partner-level transactional experience in M&A and/or capital markets, including work for technology, life sciences or financial‑services clients
Track record of originating client opportunities and managing cross‑discipline teams (technology transactions and IP-litigation experience a plus)
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to operate from the New York office
Comfortable working within a large, international firm platform and collaborating with multi‑office teams
