Well-established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Minneapolis office to strengthen the corporate restructuring and bankruptcy practice. The role will combine leading restructuring engagements with broader corporate advisory work for strategic and financial clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record handling complex restructurings, bankruptcy proceedings and related corporate matters, and will play a visible role in client development and team leadership within the office.

Senior partner-level experience in restructuring and bankruptcy matters, with a strong corporate restructuring practice
Demonstrated history of leading complex cases or transactions and managing deal teams
Proven client development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable origination ability is preferred
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to qualify promptly
