Lateral Partner — Corporate Restructuring — Washington, D.C.

Seeking a partner to join a busy corporate restructuring practice in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. The role will lead high‑visibility insolvency and restructuring matters, advising debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders across complex chapter 11 and out‑of‑court restructurings.

This is a senior role with significant client‑development responsibilities: the successful candidate will manage and grow a portable practice, lead deal teams, and collaborate with corporate and finance colleagues across the firm. Strong technical restructuring and bankruptcy experience and demonstrated business origination are essential.

• Partner‑level experience focused on restructuring and bankruptcy matters.
• Proven track record advising debtors, creditors, or creditor committees on complex chapter 11 and out‑of‑court restructurings.
• Demonstrable client development / portable practice and ability to originate work.
• Experience managing deal teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
• Admission to practice (or ability to become admitted) in Washington, D.C.
