Leading international law firm is expanding its Riyadh corporate team and seeks a partner with a proven M&A and corporate governance practice. The role will advise corporate clients across complex transactions and governance matters in the Saudi market.

The partner will join an established regional practice group, working on cross-border and domestic matters with access to broader international resources. The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice and who can contribute to business development in the region.

Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate governance.
Track record advising corporates on complex transactions in Saudi Arabia and the region.
Proven business development ability; portable client relationships welcomed.
Bar admission or equivalent qualification relevant to practice; fluency in English; Arabic an advantage.
