Leading international law firm is seeking an experienced corporate partner to join its Riyadh practice. The role will focus on cross-border and domestic M&A, corporate governance and general transactional matters across the region.

The successful candidate will join a well-resourced team advising corporate clients and financial sponsors, working on complex transactions and governance matters. There is scope to develop and lead a portable practice within the office.

Established partner-level corporate/M&A experience, including cross-border transactions
Strong track record advising on corporate governance and transactional work
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships; portable practice welcomed
Fluency in English; regional market knowledge (Saudi/GCC) preferred
