Lateral Partner — Corporate (Santa Monica)

Leading U.S. corporate practice seeking a lateral partner to build and lead a corporate transactional practice from the Santa Monica office. The role focuses on M&A and emerging-growth / startup matters for U.S.-based and cross-border clients.

This is a partner-level hire for an attorney with an established, portable corporate/M&A practice. The firm is offering a non-equity partner placement with a defined pathway toward equity partnership over time.

The successful candidate will join a transactional team handling strategic M&A, growth financing and corporate advisory work for high-growth companies and their investors.

• Lateral Partner with a substantive corporate transactional practice (M&A and/or emerging growth/startups).
• Proven book of business or clearly demonstrable portable client relationships.
• Strong track record on deals for growth-stage companies, strategic buyers or institutional investors.
• Senior-level client management and team leadership experience.
