Leading law firm seeking an experienced partner to build and lead a commercial litigation practice from its Santa Monica office. The role will focus on technology and life‑sciences disputes as well as real‑estate litigation, representing a mix of corporate and institutional clients in Southern California and beyond.

The hire will join a cross‑practice team and handle complex, high‑stakes matters. The firm is looking for a partner who can manage significant litigation, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to client development. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcome.

Established partner-level commercial litigation experience (trial and motion practice).
Track record handling technology, life‑sciences and/or real‑estate disputes.
Proven client relationship and business development skills; portable book of business preferred.
Admission to the California bar or eligibility to be admitted.
