Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to grow and lead its Corporate practice in Boston with a strong focus on M&A, capital markets and technology transactions. The role will work closely with cross-practice teams including IP, litigation and finance to handle complex, high-value matters for corporate and emerging growth clients.

The team advises issuers, sponsors and strategic corporates across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy. This is a client-facing leadership role with responsibility for originating work, integrating with national and international offices, and mentoring junior lawyers.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A and/or capital markets and technology transactions.
Track record of leading complex cross-practice deals and working with IP and litigation teams.
Strong business development skills and an established portable client practice or demonstrable origination history.
Ability to collaborate across multiple offices and to mentor senior associates.
