Senior hire sought for the firm’s Los Angeles corporate and technology practice. The role will lead and grow transactional work across M&A, capital markets and technology-related deal work, with regular collaboration across IP litigation and technology transactions teams.

The team advises growth-stage and corporate clients in sectors such as technology, life sciences and financial services. The partner will take a lead client-facing role, develop new business, mentor junior lawyers and work closely with other US and international offices.

Established partner-level track record in M&A, capital markets and/or technology transactions.
Proven client origination and relationship-management skills; ability to bring or build a portable practice.
Experience managing and mentoring teams and working with cross-office practices.
Active bar admission and excellent commercial judgment.
