Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Washington, D.C. corporate practice. The role will focus on M&A and capital markets work, with significant opportunity to advise technology-sector clients and handle technology-related commercial and IP transactional matters.

Ideal candidates will have an established transactional practice covering corporate M&A, private equity and/or capital markets, plus experience with emerging-growth and technology clients. The team works closely with IP and finance specialists and handles cross-border and complex domestic matters.

The firm welcomes partners with a portable practice who can contribute client origination and help grow the platform in the U.S. market; strong leadership and business development capability are important.

Proven partner-level experience leading M&A and/or capital markets transactions
Track record advising technology-sector or emerging-growth clients; experience with technology transactions or IP-related deals preferred
Established portable client relationships and demonstrable business development ability
Experience leading teams and managing complex, cross-border transactions
Bar admission and qualifications to practice in the U.S.
