Leading international law firm is expanding its Riyadh corporate team and is seeking a senior transactional partner to join and lead complex corporate matters across the region.

The role will focus on cross-border and local corporate transactions, advising strategic and financial clients on M&A, joint ventures and related commercial arrangements. The team values a partner who can develop client relationships, originate work and mentor senior associates.

This position welcomes candidates with a portable practice and demonstrated ability to bring and manage client matters. The team offers a senior role with responsibility for business development and regional deal leadership.

Established partner-level experience in corporate transactional work (M&A, joint ventures, commercial transactions).
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams.
Experience practicing in the region or advising on Saudi Arabian matters preferred.
Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills and ability to develop business in the Riyadh market.
