Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its corporate team in Wilmington. The role will focus on M&A, transactional work and corporate governance for a mix of public and private clients.

The successful hire will join an active deal team and have the opportunity to build on existing client relationships or develop a portable practice. The position offers a senior role with leadership and client-facing responsibilities within the office.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactional work
Strong background in corporate governance and related corporate matters
Track record of originating or managing significant client engagements; ability to grow a portable practice desirable
Admission to the relevant state bar and excellent client-facing and business development skills
