Established national practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Chicago employment and labor team. The role involves leading complex employment litigation and counseling matters, supervising associates, and contributing to regional growth initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a track record advising employers across industries on day-to-day workplace issues, union matters, and contentious employment disputes. There is an expectation of active business development and the ability to bring or grow client relationships.

  • Partner-level experience in employment and labor law with a strong litigation and counseling background
  • Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to waive in; demonstrated courtroom and/or regulatory advocacy experience
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor teams of associates
  • Demonstrated business development capabilities; portable practice or client relationships viewed positively
