The partner will lead and grow the local practice, supervise associates, and work collaboratively across teams. Strong business development skills and an established portable practice are welcome as the firm looks to expand its market presence.

Proven partner-level experience in labor and employment law, including counseling and litigation
Track record of developing client relationships and leading teams
Ability to manage a mixed docket of labor, employment and related matters
Portable client relationships or demonstrated business-generation capability preferred
