Partner, Employment & Labor — Chicago

Senior partner hire to lead and the employment & labor litigation practice in the Chicago office. The role combines courtroom litigation, counseling on workplace matters, and responsibility for significant client relationships.

Responsibilities include originating and managing complex employment litigation, supervising and mentoring associates, and driving client development and cross-practice collaboration across a national platform.

This is a partner-level opportunity to grow a book of business with institutional and corporate clients while leveraging established regional and national resources.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Admission to the Illinois bar
• Demonstrable track record of originating and leading employment litigation matters
• Experience managing teams and developing client relationships
