Partner, Employment & Labor — Chicago

Senior partner role to lead and a grow an Employment & Labor practice in the firm's Chicago office. The role will combine client advisory work, defense of employment-related disputes, and strategic counseling for employers across industry sectors.

The successful candidate will join an established team and will be expected to drive business development, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with colleagues across practices to expand client offerings in labor and employment matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record of partner-level client origination and relationship management
• Extensive experience in employment and labor matters (advice, litigation, collective-bargaining support)
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to grow a team and cross-sell across practice areas
