Senior hire for a national employment & labor team, based in Chicago. The role will lead and grow employee benefits work, with a particular emphasis on ESOP matters alongside other benefit plan work.

The office seeks a partner with an established practice who can advise ERISA and benefits clients, develop business, and collaborate with national colleagues on complex multijurisdictional matters.

Established partner-level experience in employee benefits and ERISA matters, including ESOPs.
Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice or demonstrable business development capability preferred.
Strong technical drafting and counseling skills on qualified plans and related benefits matters.
Bar admission and standing to practice in the relevant jurisdiction; willingness to work on cross-office matters.
