Experienced partner-level lawyer sought to join a national, full-service firm’s Las Vegas office. The role will focus on Employment & Labor matters with opportunities to work across the firm’s Corporate and Intellectual Property practices, including IP litigation. The position involves originating and managing client relationships, leading engagements, and mentoring junior lawyers.

The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice who can contribute business development and collaborate across offices. This is a partner track role within a broad commercial practice platform; compensation structure and equity participation are determined case-by-case.

Established partner with a demonstrable portable practice or proven ability to originate significant client work
Substantial experience in employment & labor law, with complementary experience in corporate transactions or intellectual property litigation a strong plus
Track record of client development, fee generation, and team leadership
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and able to handle court or administrative proceedings as needed
