Nationally active law firm is seeking an experienced partner to join its Tysons office to lead and grow matters across employment & labor, corporate, and IP litigation. The role suits a rainmaking partner with a portable client base who can originate work and collaborate across practice groups and offices.

The team values partners who can expand regional presence, participate in cross-practice opportunities (ERISA, benefits, corporate transactions, and IP litigation), and help develop business in strategic markets. Compensation structures are flexible and may include equity participation on a case-by-case basis.

Established partner-level experience in one or more of: employment & labor, ERISA/benefits, corporate, or IP litigation.
Demonstrable portable book of business and proven client origination skills.
Track record of leading matters and mentoring teams; ability to collaborate across offices and practice groups.
Bar admission in applicable jurisdiction or ability to transfer; willingness to be based in or regularly work from the Tysons office.
