Highly regarded national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Tysons office to help grow and lead IP litigation and corporate practices. The role will work on high-value patent and IP litigation matters as well as broad corporate transactions and governance matters, collaborating with national teams.

Ideal candidates will have an established, portable practice and a demonstrable book of business. The firm offers flexibility on engagement models and encourages partners who want to build market presence and mentor junior lawyers.

Established partner with substantial experience in IP litigation and/or corporate practice
Proven portable client base / book of business preferred
Track record of originating and managing matters and leading teams
Strong trial and courtroom experience for litigation-focused candidates; transactional and corporate governance experience for corporate-focused candidates
Active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction or willingness to qualify
