Partner — Litigation, Intellectual Property & Corporate (Tysons)

Leading national firm is seeking an experienced lateral partner to join its Tysons office. The team is prioritizing senior hires in corporate, patent/IP litigation and commercial litigation including mass torts and product liability, with additional interest in ERISA/employee benefits and corporate governance matters.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice and a demonstrated record of originating and managing client work. The role offers flexibility on compensation structure and billing expectations and involves both client-facing origination and internal team leadership to grow practice capability in the region.

• Established partner or counsel-level lawyer with a portable practice (origination ability expected)
• Significant experience in one or more of: IP litigation (including patent), commercial/mass torts & product liability, corporate transactions or ERISA/employee benefits
• Proven trial, litigation management or transactional track record appropriate to the practice
• Strong client development and team leadership skills
• Membership or ability to join the relevant state bar
