Partner — Corporate, Intellectual Property & Litigation (Tysons)

Leading, national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Tysons office to grow corporate and IP litigation capabilities. The role will sit across Corporate, Intellectual Property and Litigation workstreams with opportunities to lead complex M&A, corporate governance matters and patent litigation.

Ideal candidates will have an established, portable practice and a demonstrated ability to originate and manage significant client engagements. The firm is particularly focused on partners who can expand its corporate and IP bench in the Mid‑Atlantic / Southeast footprint while collaborating with offices nationwide.

• Established partner with significant transactional and/or IP litigation experience (M&A, corporate governance, patent litigation preferred)
• Portable practice with proven client origination and relationship management
• Track record of leading teams and managing high‑value matters
• Licensed and in good standing with relevant state bars; ability to work across multiple U.S. jurisdictions
