Partner, Litigation & Intellectual Property (Corporate experience) — Tysons

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Tysons office to grow litigation, intellectual property and corporate work. The role will focus on leading and expanding client relationships, originating business, and supervising complex litigation and IP matters with support from a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates will have an established partner-level practice, demonstrable client development skills and experience managing teams across litigation, IP and corporate governance matters. The office offers collaboration with national practice groups and opportunities to work on mass-tort, product-liability, ERISA and corporate matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in litigation and/or intellectual property; corporate experience preferred
• Proven client development and rainmaking ability
• Ability to lead teams and mentor junior lawyers; admissions to relevant US bar(s)
