Lateral Partner — Corporate, Employment & IP — Tysons

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Tysons office and help grow its Corporate, Employment & Labor, and Intellectual Property practices. The role is for a rainmaking partner who will take primary responsibility for an existing client book, originate new business, and collaborate with practice teams across multiple offices.

The firm offers flexible compensation structures and the possibility of equity on a case-by-case basis. The position prioritizes candidates with a strong portable practice in corporate work, patent/IP litigation or employment/ERISA matters, and rewards partners who can both originate and collaborate on cross-office matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in Corporate, IP litigation, or Employment & Labor (ERISA) work
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships and bringing portable revenue
• Ability to work collaboratively across offices and develop a growing practice
