Prominent national law firm seeks experienced lateral partners to expand its Intellectual Property and Corporate practices in the Tysons office. The firm is particularly focused on candidates with strong IP litigation and corporate transactions capabilities, and will consider partners across related commercial litigation and governance areas.

Priority is given to candidates who can help grow the firm’s presence in the southeastern U.S., though strong candidates from any U.S. office will be considered. This is a partnership track role with flexibility on compensation structures and potential equity opportunities.

• Lateral partner with a proven track record in IP litigation and/or corporate transactions
• Demonstrable portable client relationships and origination ability
• Bar admission and right to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (or ability to obtain)
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
