Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Employment & Labor group in the Tysons area. The role will focus on leading counseling and litigation matters across a diverse client base, including employers in both the private and public sectors.

The successful candidate will help expand and manage a busy practice, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively with regional and national teams. There is an expectation of developing and maintaining client relationships; candidates with a portable practice are encouraged to apply.

Admission to a U.S. state bar and active good standing
Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including counseling and litigation
Track record of business development and client relationship management; portable clients or demonstrable origination skills preferred
Strong leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to work across practice teams
Excellent drafting, advocacy, and client-facing communication skills
