Established national firm seeking a experienced lateral partner to join its Wilmington office. The firm is expanding its corporate, intellectual property (including patent litigation) and employment practices and is looking for a senior lawyer who can contribute immediately through client relationships and fee generation.

Ideal candidates will have a portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability and be comfortable leading matters, developing junior attorneys and collaborating across practice groups. Priority areas include corporate transactions, IP/patent litigation, ERISA/employee benefits and labor & employment work; candidates with mass-torts or complex litigation experience will also be considered.

Established partner with significant experience in corporate, IP (including patent litigation) or employment law
Proven track record of originating and managing client work; portable book of business preferred
Experience leading teams and supervising associates on complex matters
Strong interpersonal and business-development skills; ability to collaborate across practice groups
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
