Senior employment & labor partner role within a large national firm’s Houston office. The role focuses on employee benefits work with particular emphasis on ESOPs alongside other benefit-plan matters.

The team advises employers on the design, implementation and ongoing compliance of a full range of benefit arrangements. The office offers a platform to develop complex ERISA and benefits matters and to work collaboratively with national benefit teams.

Established partner-level experience in employee benefits/ERISA, with demonstrable ESOP experience.
Proven ability to advise on benefit plan design, compliance, and transactional aspects of ESOPs.
Business development skills and a track record of building or maintaining client relationships; portable practice/book of business welcome.
Licensed to practice in Texas (or willing to obtain licensure) and able to work from the Houston office.
