We are seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Employment & Labor and Litigation practice in Houston. The role will focus on representing employers in employment disputes, advising on workplace risk management, and leading litigation matters from intake through trial and appeal.

The team handles a broad mix of state and federal employment litigation and regulatory work. This is a visible role that combines practice leadership, client relationship management, and high-level litigation strategy.

Established track record in employment litigation and labor matters
Proven trial and courtroom experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client work; a portable practice or client relationships welcomed
Strong leadership, mentoring and business development skills
