Senior employment and labor partner role with a national firm’s Houston office. The position will lead complex labor and employment matters across litigation, counseling, and compliance work and help grow the regional practice.

The partner will manage client relationships, collaborate with cross-office teams, and mentor junior lawyers. The role is suited to a seasoned lawyer with an established practitioner profile who can drive business development while delivering high-quality legal advice to corporate and institutional clients.

  • Established partner-level experience in labor and employment law (litigation, counseling, or both).
  • Proven client-development skills and a demonstrated ability to grow a portable practice or contribute meaningfully to origination efforts.
  • Track record managing matters and supervising associates on complex disputes and preventive employment counseling.
  • Admission to practice in Texas (or eligibility) and strong written and oral advocacy skills.
