Established partner with a demonstrable practice in healthcare, education or life sciences
Portable book of business preferred; track record of originating and developing client relationships
Deep experience with healthcare regulatory, transactional or compliance matters (state and federal)
Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor junior lawyers
Active bar admission and standing to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
