Apply in confidence →A well-established national law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its Employment & Labor team in New York. The role will focus on complex labor and employment matters for a varied commercial client base, including counseling, litigation and preventive employment work.
The team handles collective bargaining, workplace investigations, wage-and-hour issues, discrimination and other employment litigation, and offers cross-practice collaboration on related corporate and regulatory matters. The office supports partners with strong client networks and a track record of originating work.
- Established partner with significant experience in labor and employment law (private practice background preferred)
- Proven litigation, counseling and/or collective-bargaining experience; handling of workplace investigations and compliance matters a plus
- Ability to originate and develop client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcomed
- Admitted to practice in New York (or eligible) and able to work in-office in New York
