Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Technology, Media & Entertainment practice in New York. The role will handle transactional and advisory work for clients across technology, media and telecommunications sectors.

The team advises on commercial contracts, licensing, content and distribution arrangements, and technology-related deals. The partner will play a visible client-facing role and work closely with cross-practice colleagues on complex commercial matters.

Established partner with significant experience in TMT matters (technology, media, telecommunications).
Proven relationship generation and client-development record; portable practice or demonstrable origination capability desirable.
Strong transactional drafting and negotiation skills; comfortable leading matters and mentoring junior lawyers.
Admission to the New York bar or eligibility to be admitted.
