Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and help lead its Employment & Labor practice in New York. The role combines client advisory work, counselling on workplace policies, and representation in employment litigation and administrative matters.

The successful candidate will be a senior, client-facing lawyer with a proven track record of developing business and managing complex matters. There is an expectation that the hire will grow and, where applicable, bring a portable practice or client relationships to complement the existing team.

Established partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including litigation and counseling
Proven business development skills and ability to expand client relationships
Experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers
Admission to practice in New York (or ability to obtain admission)
