Partner — Litigation & Employment (New York)

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its New York litigation team, with a focus on employment, commercial litigation, professional liability, healthcare and construction-related matters. The role will handle complex, high-stakes disputes across multiple industries and provide senior-level courtroom and trial experience.

We are looking for a partner who will manage and mentor associates, lead client relationships, and collaborate across practice areas on multi-disciplinary matters. The firm offers a platform to expand an existing practice and to develop new client relationships in the region.

• Established partner with significant litigation and employment experience in New York.
• Proven track record on commercial litigation, professional liability, or healthcare/construction disputes.
• Demonstrated client development and relationship-management skills; ability to grow a portable practice welcomed.
• Experience supervising teams and leading matters to trial or favorable resolution.
