Responsibilities include managing and growing a team, handling complex labor and employment matters, and developing new client relationships. The firm is looking for a seasoned adviser who can contribute to both client service and practice development.
A portable practice and demonstrable client origination are welcome; the position offers a platform to expand an existing book of business within a substantial, multi-office practice.
- Established partner-level experience in labor and employment law, including counseling and litigation
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client matters from intake through resolution
- Track record of business development and client relationships; portability of work is a plus
- Admission to the New York bar (or ability to obtain) and excellent written and oral advocacy skills
