Established, national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and lead its Employment & Labor practice in the New York office. The role focuses on delivering high-quality counseling and litigation work for employers across a range of workplace issues.

Responsibilities include managing and growing a team, handling complex labor and employment matters, and developing new client relationships. The firm is looking for a seasoned adviser who can contribute to both client service and practice development.

A portable practice and demonstrable client origination are welcome; the position offers a platform to expand an existing book of business within a substantial, multi-office practice.

Established partner-level experience in labor and employment law, including counseling and litigation
Proven ability to lead teams and manage client matters from intake through resolution
Track record of business development and client relationships; portability of work is a plus
Admission to the New York bar (or ability to obtain) and excellent written and oral advocacy skills
