Proven partner-level experience in employment and labor law, including litigation and counseling
Admitted to practice in Florida (or able to obtain admission)
Track record of originating or developing client relationships and contributing to business development
Experience supervising associates and managing complex matters
Ability to work across practice teams and serve sophisticated corporate clients
