Leading national employment & labour practice is adding a lateral partner to its Eastern Canada team. The role focuses on occupational health & safety (OH&S) matters and construction labour relations, working on high‑profile employer-side mandates across the region.

This is an equity partner appointment within a large, established Canada practice. The team is growing strategically to add depth in OH&S and construction labour experience and seeks a lawyer who will build long‑term roots in the group.

Established partner with a portable practice and demonstrable client relationships.
Significant experience in occupational health & safety law and construction labour relations (does not need to be a pure OH&S specialist).
Track record advising employers on collective bargaining, labour disputes and regulatory OH&S compliance.
Admitted to practice in the relevant Canadian jurisdiction(s) and able to work from the Toronto office.
Long‑term commitment to the practice group and collaborative approach to client development and mentorship.
