Leading law firm seeks a partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in the Minneapolis office. The role will handle transactional and regulatory matters across the energy and environmental sectors, working with a broad client base including developers, utilities, and project stakeholders.

The team offers cross-practice collaboration and an established platform to support continued business development and client service. The firm is open to strong partner candidates nationwide and welcomes discussions with attorneys who have a portable practice in the energy or environmental space.

Established partner with significant experience in energy and/or environmental law.
Track record of originating business and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred.
Experience with transactional, regulatory, or permitting matters relevant to energy and environmental clients.
Bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to seek admission.
