Seeking a lateral partner to join a major international law practice in Minneapolis with a strong corporate and commercial litigation platform. The team handles large transactional mandates and complex commercial disputes across several sectors including life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive.

The hiring team is prioritizing established teams or partners with an existing portable practice who can materially augment both transactional and litigation capacity. This role offers the opportunity to work on cross‑border matters and collaborate with offices in key U.S. and international markets.

Established partner with a proven track record in corporate transactions and/or commercial litigation.
Portable practice preferred — candidates who can bring a meaningful, revenue-generating client base and, ideally, a small team.
Sector experience in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or automotive valued.
Comfort working on cross-border matters and coordinating with multiple offices.
Senior candidates with stable career histories preferred (limited number of prior firm moves).
