Lateral Partner — Energy & Environmental, Washington, D.C.

Leading practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Energy & Environmental team in Washington, D.C. The role will advise on high‑profile regulatory, transactional and project matters across energy, infrastructure and environmental workstreams.

The team works across federal and state regulatory regimes, permitting, project development and environmental compliance for sponsors, lenders and developers. The successful hire will have opportunity to lead matters, develop client relationships and work closely with cross‑disciplinary colleagues.

• Established partner-level experience in energy and environmental law, with a record of leading transactions, project development or regulatory matters.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state energy/regulatory frameworks and environmental permitting/compliance.
• Proven client development skills; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome.
• Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and excellent written and oral advocacy.
