Senior partner opportunity for an experienced energy and tax lawyer to join a major international practice in Miami. The role will focus on advising across energy-sector matters, including renewables, oil & gas and related infrastructure, with cross-over work in environmental, maritime and construction issues.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, manage deal and project teams, and develop business in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business in the energy or infrastructure space is welcome.

Established partner-level experience advising on energy-sector transactions and tax structuring, with familiarity across renewables, oil & gas and infrastructure.
Proven record of originating and managing client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable client network preferred.
Experience handling cross-disciplinary matters touching environmental, maritime and construction issues.
Strong team leadership and business development skills; ability to work on matters with regional and international dimensions.
