National law firm is seeking an experienced partner to join its finance team in Miami and lead project finance work in the renewable energy sector. The role will focus on structuring and executing financings for power and infrastructure projects, advising sponsors, lenders and investors on complex transactions.

This is a business-building role: the successful candidate will integrate with an established nationwide practice, mentor junior lawyers, and develop client relationships across the region. A portable practice or demonstrable business development track record in renewables/project finance is welcome.

Established partner with significant project finance and renewable energy experience.
Proven track record of originating or materially contributing to financings for energy or infrastructure projects.
Demonstrable business development ability or a portable practice in the sector.
Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to mentor associates and collaborate across offices.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to become licensed.
