Experienced partner-level lawyer sought to lead and grow an established finance and corporate practice in the New York office of a global law firm. The role focuses on transactional work across private equity, venture capital and related financing matters, and will involve both deal work and client relationship development.

The team advises a range of corporate and sponsor clients on buyouts, growth investments, financing arrangements and transactional structuring. The firm offers national and international platform support while expecting the partner to maintain and expand a portable practice.

Proven partner-level experience in finance and corporate transactions, with a focus on private equity and venture capital matters.
Established track record of originating and executing complex deals and managing senior client relationships.
Demonstrable business development ability and willingness to build a portable practice within an integrated platform.
Admission to practice in New York (or eligibility) and ability to work from the New York office.
