Senior finance partner opportunity at a leading US law firm join an established Finance & Banking team in Atlanta focused on leveraged and structured finance transactions. This role is client-facing and combines deal execution with practice leadership.

The position involves leading complex financings, advising corporate and sponsor clients, supervising associates, and working closely with practice leadership to grow transactional work in the region. A portable practice or book of business will be welcomed and supported.

Proven partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
Strong track record of client origination, relationship management and deal execution
Experience supervising and developing junior lawyers
Admissions in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and excellent drafting, negotiation and commercial judgment
