Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Finance & Banking practice in Boulder. The role will focus on leveraged and structured finance matters, advising sponsors, banks and corporate borrowers on complex financing transactions.

The successful candidate will lead and originate transactions, manage deal teams and work closely with clients on execution and documentation. This is an opportunity to grow a portable practice or join an existing team handling sophisticated, market-facing financing work.

Proven partner-level experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
Strong transaction drafting and negotiation skills and experience managing deal teams
Track record of client origination or relationship development; portable book of business welcomed
Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
